Youth in Transition

The Youth in Transition (YIT) Program provides a variety of supports to youth aged 16-25 who are currently involved, or have historical involvement, with a Children’s Aid Society (CAS). The program is focused on supporting youth in their transition to adulthood. Program facilitators work with youth to connect them with education, employment, housing, health services, and other relevant supports in their communities. This skills and goals-based program guides young people towards healthy independent living.
