Bail Verification and Supervision Program (BVSP)
June 21, 2025 - The Bail Verification and Supervision Program (BVSP) is an alternative to incarceration for those awaiting a court disposition. Individuals over the age of 16 who are in custody, awaiting a bail review, and who do not have a surety may qualify for the BVSP. Individuals released to this program will be required to attend the Windsor Main Office or Chatham satellite locations for mandatory supervision appointments and case management. Taking Charge: Women’s Self-Management Program (TC)
June 21, 2025 - The Taking Charge Program (TC) consists of ten, one on one/or group counselling workshops (one hour each) for women age 18 and up. It deals with subjects such as self-esteem, co-dependency, healthy/abusive relationships, stress management, family violence, drugs and alcohol, parenting skills, personal finance, community resources, and community integration. The program is based on behaviour modification and awareness, and helps to educate women in the areas of life skills and coping mechanisms. Self-referrals or agency referrals are welcome. New Leaf: Adult Men’s Anger Management Program (NLP)
June 21, 2025 - New Leaf Program (NLP) is a men’s anger management group geared toward individuals age 18 and up. This ten session program has been developed to allow participants to understand and to deal with their anger problems. The program is based on behaviour modification and awareness, and helps participants to understand anger as an emotion, develop an awareness of negative and non-productive anger management styles, and to learn productive and positive anger management techniques. Making Alternative Choices (MAC)
June 21, 2025 - The MAC program is a six session, one-on-one anger management program for youth age 11 to 17.
