The Bail Verification and Supervision Program (BVSP) is an alternative to incarceration for those awaiting a court disposition. Individuals over the age of 16 who are in custody, awaiting a bail review, and who do not have a surety may qualify for the BVSP. Individuals released to this program will be required to attend the Windsor Main Office or Chatham satellite locations for mandatory supervision appointments and case management. This program is funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General.
