Get SET Program

Location: 26 Peel Street
A community-based program that provides free education, training, and upgrading for adults through personally designed programming based on individual needs.

Institutional Services

Offering direct support & referrals for inmates at the Central East Correctional Centre to assist in preparing inmates for reintegration into their community.

Native Inmate Liaison Officers (NILO)

Supporting Indigenous inmates at Central East Correctional Centre through culturally-relevant programming, coordinating services, and supporting reintegration efforts.

Partner Assault Response (PAR)

Location: 28 Peel Street
A 12-week family violence prevention program for adults (18 years & older) charged with domestic assault.

Phoenix House Residence

A community residential facility for individuals in need of on-going supports. Staffed 24/7 to provide life skills, pre-employment supports, literacy & reintegration services.

Pre-Charge Diversion

Location: 28 Peel Street
Supporting individuals referred by Kawartha Lakes Police Service by providing opportunities to make amends with those harmed by their actions.

Record Suspension Services

Location: 28 Peel Street
A program supporting individuals in applying for a Record Suspension Order including navigating the process, completing the application, and ensuring access to the right information.

ReSet Supportive Housing

A housing program in partnership with the City of Kawartha Lakes providing supports to individuals housed throughout Kawartha Lakes & Haliburton.

Systems Navigation

A voluntary, goal-driven, case management program for men & women who have recently been released from a provincial correctional centre and/or are being supervised on probation or parole in Kawartha Lakes & Peterborough. Referrals must be made through institutional staff, probation, or parole.
