In partnership with City of Kawartha Lakes, the program provides counselling and supports to individuals housed throughout Kawartha Lakes and Haliburton. Individuals are referred to the program by the City of Kawartha Lakes, and not self-referred. The approach of the program is a client centred, recovery approach using the housing first principles as individuals work towards housing stabilization.
