John Howard Society of Toronto is pleased to deliver the Get Started Program, a one hour session to provide information about available supports upon release.
This includes:
- Access to emergency shelters and/or housing
- Medical, mental health and substance use treatment
- Harm reduction supplies, including safe kits
- Replacing your ID
- Access to hygiene items and clothing
- Assistance with transportation
- Obtaining legal advice
