Healthy Youth Preventative Education (H.Y.P.E)
June 21, 2025 - The Healthy Youth Preventative Education (HYPE) Program is an evidence-based program that targets the prevention of violence through the promotion of positive, healthy relationships. Women’s Anger Management Program (WAM)
June 21, 2025 - The Women’s Anger Management group geared toward women age 18 and up. This ten session program has been developed to allow participants to understand and to deal with their anger problems. The program is based on behaviour modification and awareness, and helps participants to understand anger as an emotion, develop an awareness of negative and non-productive anger management styles, and to learn productive and positive anger management techniques.
