The CSI Program involves completing up to 3, 1-hour individual sessions during which participants may: receive crisis support and referrals; obtain assistance with housing and employment issues; learn budgeting and money management skills; address healthy boundaries and communication; practise problem solving techniques; explore healthy lifestyle and leisure pursuits; and learn stress reduction strategies.
