Reintegration Service Trailer
June 21, 2025 - Located right outside of the Discharge doors in the parking lot of the Toronto South Detention Centre, the Reintegration Services Trailer provides support for those being released from the jail or returning to pick up their property. Helping Individuals Plan Positively (HIPP)

Crossroads Youth Program (CYP)
June 21, 2025 - In partnership with the National African Integration and Families Association (NAIFA) this program provides coordinated and integrated support services focused on preventing youth from engaging in criminal behaviours. CYP is an African-Caribbean youth centered program for those aged 16 years and older whom are at risk of becoming engaged in pro-criminal behaviours. Through individualized case management and group programming youth have access to positive social and personal development opportunities. Culturally specific programming is incorporated to reduce the over-representation of Toronto’s most marginalized youth. Partner Assault Response (PAR) / Healthy Relationships
June 21, 2025 - This program is provided at the JHSWW Kitchener office only for Kitchener-Waterloo and the townships of Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich. It is geared towards helping individuals who have been abusive in their intimate partner relationships recognize the impact of abuse and grow in skills to prevent abuse and maintain healthy relationships. Both men’s and women’s groups are provided and both cover similar themes. Partner contact is provided for all of the groups. June 21, 2025 - This fee for service program is overseen by the Ministry of Transportation and is managed throughout the province by the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto. CAMH contracts with local service providers, such as JHSWW, to provide assessment, programming and follow-up for people who have lost their license due to an impaired driving offence. The program focuses on attitudinal and behavioural change with the goal of eliminating drinking and driving together.
