Eligibility: Clients are chosen by the City of Ottawa the through Housing First – Coordinated Access Function. Clients must be deemed chronically homeless.

Post-Incarceration Housing Support Program

The JHS, in partnership with the City of Ottawa, provides housing supports and follow-up services to men who have been left homeless upon their release from custody. The main focus of this program is to divert clients away from the downtown shelters which may put them at risk to re-offend.

Eligibility: Recent release from provincial remand, correctional center’s, federal institutions, including those individuals released at court
