Community Integrated Care Hub

The Community Integrated Care Hub (The HUB) is a low-barrier, trauma-informed space offering harm reduction supplies, housing support, nutritional support, and community programming for individuals experiencing homelessness, addiction, or any other challenges. Through partnerships and community engagement, the HUB works to build a more inclusive and supportive community for everyone.

*Please Note: The HUB has moved to a temporary location within the United Way of the Kawartha Lakes’ building at 50 Mary Street West, Lindsay. It’s primary location at 22 Peel Street, Lindsay, is undergoing significant renovations to expand and enhance services* 

At its temporary location, The HUB continues to offer comprehensive services including:

  • Harm reduction supplies & support
  • Rest, cooling & warming spaces for those without shelter
  • Housing support & system navigation
  • Nutritional assistance & access to basic needs for those experiencing homelessness & food insecurity
  • Community programming
