Aspire Program

The Aspire Program aims to support young adults, aged 16-25, in achieving their education, employment, and life stabilization goals.

We believe that supportive relationships are instrumental in achieving these goals despite the many barriers that young adults may face as they enter the world of training and careers. By building skills and getting involved in the community, young adults can make steps towards achieving their goals.

The Aspire Program provides volunteer mentors to support clients by modeling employment-related skills and behaviours, sharing industry-specific knowledge and information, and by becoming a caring and consistent figure in young people’s lives. Through bi-weekly group drop-in events, 1:1 work with a Youth Counsellor Facilitator, 1:1 mentorship, and connections to the community, young people can feel better prepared to achieve their goals.

The Aspire Program accepts referrals from community partners, or self-referrals from interested individuals.
