Navigating Relationships Program

The Navigating Relationships Program is an 8-session, psycho-educational program designed to help individuals build and maintain healthy relationships. Delivered through one-on-one sessions, this program focuses on skill development, self-awareness, and practical strategies to support positive interpersonal connections. 

Program Goals Include: 

• Identifying characteristics of healthy vs. unhealthy relationships 

• Exploring real-life relationship challenges unique to you 

• Developing positive coping strategies 

• Learning effective communication styles 

• Understanding your role in creating and sustaining healthy relationships 

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion after successfully completing the program. 

• Program Cost: $400 total (8 individual sessions) 

• Payment Plans: Available for those experiencing financial hardship 

• Referrals Accepted: From social service agencies, the justice system, and self-referrals
