Navigating Relationships Program

The John Howard Society offers an 8-session program focused on establishing and maintaining healthy relationships. The Navigating Relationship Program is a psycho-educational program focusing on skill building through promotion of positive and healthy relationships. Goals for the program include learning about the characteristics of healthy and unhealthy relationships, discuss and explore real life situations unique to you, use positive coping mechanisms, use appropriate communication styles and understanding the role in creating and maintaining healthy relationships.  

This is a fee for service program at a cost of $400 total for individual sessions. 

• Payment plans are available for individuals with financial restraints.  

• Referrals received from social service agencies, justice system, and self-referrals.  

• Certificate provided after successful completion of program.
