June 21, 2025 - The Bail Verification and Supervision Program (BVSP) is an alternative to incarceration for those awaiting a court disposition. Individuals over the age of 16 who are in custody, awaiting a bail review, and who do not have a surety may qualify for the BVSP. Individuals released to this program will be required to attend the Windsor Main Office or Chatham satellite locations for mandatory supervision appointments and case management. This program is funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General.

June 21, 2025 - The Counselling, Support, and Intervention (CSI) Program provides individualized supportive counselling to participants of the Direct Accountability Program (DAP). The CSI Program involves completing up to 3, 1-hour individual sessions during which participants may: receive crisis support and referrals; obtain assistance with housing and employment issues; learn budgeting and money management skills; address healthy boundaries and communication; practise problem solving techniques; explore healthy lifestyle and leisure pursuits; and learn stress reduction strategies. PAL Program
June 21, 2025 - The Peer Assisted Learning (PAL)Program provides peer support to participants of the Direct Accountability Program (DAP). The PAL Program involves completing up to 6, 1.5-hour individual sessions with a Peer Support Worker. June 21, 2025 - The Reintegration Program supports adults involved with, or at risk of involvement with, the criminal justice system reintegrate back into their home communities in York Region. Support is provided through: case management; immediate temporary housing options with support to secure stable housing; and help with immediate basic needs and housing start-up support.
