Currently experiencing homelessness (unsheltered, emergency sheltered) and have within the past six months spent 30 cumulative nights in a provincially-funded institution. OR,
Currently in a provincially-funded institution for 30 days or more and prior to entering the provincially-funded institution had been homeless (unsheltered, emergency sheltered) for six months, and is likely to be homeless upon discharge.

June 21, 2025 - This program, part of the City of Greater Sudbury Housing First Strategy, operates daily (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm) and assists homeless adult men and sometimes their families to find and maintain permanent housing. Counselling and Case Management services are available on site at JHS’ main office location as well as throughout the community via client accompaniment. All participants complete an intintake assessment and are provided with one on one support. Staff also assist individuals/families in housing crises to access resources within the community that can assist them in managing their tenancy, and broker additional long-term support through external referrals as required.
