For 21 years, the John Howard Society of Waterloo-Wellington has been the proud host of the Driving Toward a Safer Community Golf Tournament.   As a fundraiser, the event has raised thousands of dollars that has supported programs that have directly impacted the lives of children, youth, adults and families.  In 2014, over 21,000 people benefited from JHSWW’s services.

From community initiatives to one-on-one support, innovative, responsive and effective community programming costs money.  We need your to help so that we can continue to fulfill our vision and mission.  The Driving Toward a Safer Community Golf Tournament offers you an opportunity to invest in your neighbourhoods while enjoying an afternoon on the links. We invite you and your friends and colleagues to be part of our signature fundraising event.

JOIN US ON THE GREENS

On Friday June 12, 2015, golfers will be able to step-out onto the manicured greens of the Conestoga Country Club to enjoy 18 holes of golf, use of a cart, on-course food and skill challenges. Golfers have   an opportunity to win hole-in-one prizes which includes a 2015 Toyota Camry donated by Heffner Toyota.   The fabulous day on the links will be finished off with a delicious dinner and prize presentations to every golfer.  The best-ball tournament begins with a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m.  The cost is $125 per golfer ($140 after May 31^st).
