Anti-Theft Program (Youth)

The purpose of this three-session program is to determine what shoplifting is, why people steal, and how theft can be prevented. Additionally, the consequences of shoplifting will be reviewed. Further the group will brainstorm who is affected by theft/shoplifting. Handouts regarding case studies and police statistics on theft will be presented. The group will learn decision making skills and how to counter peer pressure. Funded by private donations.
