Drug and Alcohol Awareness Program

This three-session program provides individual intervention for both drug and alcohol issues for high school students under suspension for problems in these areas. The first session involves an initial risk assessment on the background of the student as well as on the action, which brought the student under suspension. The second session focuses on the consequences related to the usage of drugs. Further, the last session highlights the psychological and physiological impact of certain drugs, as well as the effects of alcohol use. Homework is assigned to students as an additional component of the program. Funded by private donations.
