Youth in Transition

The Youth In Transition Program assists youth aged 15-20 who are currently Crown Wards or require continued community support for youth of Durham Children’s Aid Society to transition successfully from care to independent living in the community by way of assisting with a variety of community resources for employment, housing, education and counselling.
