Youth in Transition Worker Program

The program has been developed for youth who are leaving the care of the Children’s Aid Society. The YIT Worker encourages, supports and coaches the individual within their process of transitioning to adulthood. It is all about moving forward positively toward adulthood. Dream it, Want it, Do it. The program operates under a coaching model.
