Systems Navigation

The Systems Navigation Program is a voluntary, goal-driven, case management program for men & women who have been recently released from a provincial correctional centre and/or are being supervised on probation or parole in Kawartha Lakes & Peterborough. The Systems Navigation team works with clients one-on-one to establish an individual intervention plan outlining their needs & the steps necessary to meet their desired outcomes.
