Supports in Social Housing

In partnership with Ottawa Community Housing and the City of Ottawa, JHS Ottawa (using a housing-first model) provides case management supports for single men who require intensive support to retain housing. The clients have a history of incarceration and homelessness and may have persistent mental illness and /or addictions or cognitive issues.
