Support for Youth Program

A community based intervention program for youth 12 to 17. Referrals can be made by police officers, lawyers, the courts, schools, community agencies, and family members. The goal of the program is to provide supports to the family and youth to reduce the risk of youth entering the criminal justice system. Case management is provided to assist in dealing with the issues the young person and family is facing. Crisis counseling is provided by phone or in personal meetings. Funded by private donations.
