Reintegration Support Services / Community Partnerships

This is a program funded by MCCSS and provides services and programs to assist in the reintegration and rehabilitation of justice system involved youth. The program is designed to support and encourage youth to successfully reintegrate into the community by providing the necessary support and guidance for them to prosper in society.
