Reintegration Program
June 21, 2025 -The Reintegration Program supports adults involved with, or at risk of involvement with, the criminal justice system reintegrate back into their home communities in York Region. Support is provided through: case management; immediate temporary housing options with support to secure stable housing; and help with immediate basic needs and housing start-up support. The APIC Model and gendered-responses and approaches are followed while supporting participants through the program. Through this program, we can also help determine your eligibility for a record suspension, formerly known as a Pardon, and can assist you with the application process. This program is ideal for those 18 years and older who are residing in, or planning to reside in, York Region. Funding provided by United Way Greater Toronto and is available to you at no cost. However, for Record Suspension application support, a fee is required.
