Record Suspension / Pardon

This is a free service, provided by JHS to all members of the community requiring assistance to complete a record suspension application. Offered at the main JHS office site, clients meet with a JHS worker, who assists them with the application process and ensure that all conditions are met before the application itself is submitted to avoid problems and delays. Fees are not charged for this service, but clients are required to pay the fees associated with the application (e.g. police check). Individuals are encouraged to go through this regular record suspension/pardon application process, rather than through a private company which is likely to charge a prohibitive fee. Funding for this service is provided through private donations.
