Recipe for Success/Wendy’s

This is a paid Employability Skills program through Work Placement for individuals between the ages of 15 – 30, not attending school, and not collecting employment insurance and are having a difficult time securing employment for various reasons. The program runs for 16 weeks. Youth will have 3 weeks of in class pre-employment sessions and 13 weeks in job placements at Wendy’s restaurants across the Niagara Region. During the final 13 weeks, the youth will return for one daily workshop which will focus on life skills to support them beyond the end of the program.
