Project X-Change (Adult)

The Project X-Change program is the lead agency in Durham for providing syringe exchange in office, through mobile outreach, and through partner agencies in the community. The program provides confidential access to harm reduction supplies such as clean syringes, inhalation kits, condoms and other basic materials one may require in order to stay safe and prevent the spread of blood-borne infections. A Naloxone Program is targeted for September 2017. Funding is provided by the Region of Durham Health Department.
