Prevention Services

Prevention services are available to youth and families through the John Howard Society. This program includes the provision of evidence based, gender-specific group and individual counselling delivered by trained facilitators. Support for youth involved in prevention services could include a focus on healthy relationships, structured free time, the role of thoughts and thinking in risky behaviour, as well as increasing the connection to education and employment.
