Internet Child Exploitation Program

This program is a joint partnership, led by the John Howard Society of Sudbury. The partners are the Sudbury and Area Victim Services, Sudbury-Manitoulin Children’s Aid Society, Health Sciences North and the Greater Sudbury Police Services. This service includes intensive individual counselling for the perpetrators of internet child pornography as well as ongoing follow up support for the child victims of domestic violence and their parents/caregivers. The perpetrators can enter the program at any stage of the criminal justice continuum except when they are in custodial facilities. Funding for the program is provided by the John Howard Society of Sudbury and financial donations from individuals.
