Institutional Services – Reintegration Planning

This program assists males and females in the Sarnia Jail to prepare a workable discharge plan before their release. These plans are rehabilitation focused and include relapse prevention and other forms of community based assistance. Informal needs-based assessments are completed with each client. JHS staff attend the Sarnia Jail weekly for this service. All participation is voluntary. Program funding is provided by the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
