Extrajudicial Measures Program

The Extrajudicial Measures Program is designed for youth aged 12-17. Clients attend either four-session anti-theft or anger awareness groups or one-on-one counselling sessions as an alternative to the formal court process. Referrals are made by Durham Regional Police. Funding is provided by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services –Youth Justice.
