Community Services

Intake/outreach program responds to the pre-release planning and post-release needs of ex-prisoners as they re-enter the community after a period of imprisonment. Seeks to address the impact of poverty, isolation, and criminalization through a variety of assistance. Supports include: reintegration counselling, practial support, referrals, assistance with OW and access to emergency shelters, meal programs, food banks, clothing, bedding, furniture, and other items of daily living.
