Caring Dads

This program is open to fathers, most of which have been involved with Family and Children’s Services. It provides an opportunity for them to gain the tools to heal and build relationships with their children with a child-centred focus. Delivered in Kitchener and Cambridge, Caring Dads is offered in partnership with Family and Children’s Services and provides group and individual counselling pursuant to the certification standards of the Caring Dads Program (caringdads.org). Each participant completes an intake assessment to determine their suitability for the group. All participation is voluntary. Funding is provided by the Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
