Anger Management (Youth)

In this six-week program participants gain a better understanding of their anger, learn effective ways to deal with conflicts and develop positive thinking, effective communication and problem solving skills. The purpose of this program is to examine what anger is, healthy versus unhealthy anger, as well as the different styles of anger and how they pertain to the students in the class. Further, this program examines how anger affects us, where anger comes from, considers new, healthier reactions to feelings of anger, develop effective communication techniques, and ways in which one can resolve confrontations successfully. Funded by private donations.
