Affidavit Assistance

This ad hoc service is open to JHS’ clients as well as members of the general community. This service allows for the provision of a sworn affidavit (with photograph) to be used as partial identification. This identification can assist with applications for welfare and similar services, as well as for visitation in the Sarnia Jail. This is not a funded service.
