Adult Diversion, Waterloo Region – Federal Court and Pre-Charge Referrals

This program allows adults who have been referred by policy (pre-charge) or charged with minor criminal offences in Federal Court an opportunity to repair harm and address root causes of their crime. Participants meet with the JHSWW Coordinator to establish a plan of action that will allow the person to be accountable for their actions and find pro-social ways to meet their needs.
