Funding helps non-profit agencies focus on programs, services for at-risk kids, youth

NIAGARA — They certainly aren’t sexy or flashy, but nuts and bolts improvements being made at five Niagara non-profit agencies are being called important to allow the agencies to do what they do best: help some of society’s most vulnerable young people.
