Job Description:

This is a full-time contract position; 35 hours per week commencing as soon as possible. We have three positions available. The Society is seeking a candidate from the Indigenous community, a candidate from the Black community and a candidate from the newcomer community who will be working as a team in the Youth Empowerment Program. The program aims to build resiliency, strengths and skills in youth through education and awareness to prevent and reduce youth violence.  The program addresses risk factors for youth violence and targets youth aged 16-30, with a focus on Indigenous, Black and newcomer youth.
