School Based Mediation and Restorative Practices

A new program with local secondary schools to support youth to develop mediation and restorative practices within the school environment. Youth are trained in mediation and restorative practices in order to develop and/or improve on their leadership, communication and problem solving skills. Healthy communication leads to healthy relationships and skills developed are transferable to improve relationships within families, friendships and workplaces.
