Applications are currently being accepted for a full time bargaining unit position at 35 hours/week as a Youth & Employment Services Coordinator. This position operates within Cambridge, Guelph and occasionally, Kitchener. Presently, the hours for this position are Monday through Friday including occasional early evenings. Reporting to the Program Manager, with the support and direction of Senior Coordinators, this position provides bullying prevention/social competency programming to children/youth as funding permits, develops and implements the Extra-Judicial Sanctions Program and Youth Justice Committees in Guelph and delivers employment services at Cambridge Career Connections. The position includes the coordination of programs to youth involved in, or at risk of justice involvement and completion of all administrative and evaluation requirements. This position maintains positive working relationships with justice partners including Probation, the Courts, Police, community social service agencies, and schools.
