Direct Accountability Program (DAP)

For adults 18 years and older. DAP is an alternative to prosecution for eligible individuals who have been charged with minor criminal offences. The person needs to accept responsibility and complete a community-based sanction. The Stop, Shop Theft program is offered as a possible sanction and delivered six times a year. The program is funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General.
