This program was developed as an expansion of our Options Program on a fee-for-service basis. Since 1985, we’ve offered essential skills to individuals and groups who could benefit from greater communication and problem-solving skills. We recognized their value for those in the workplace or in pre-employment. An Individual workshop or a combination of workshops can be presented based on identified needs and goals. The following workshops can be offered to a variety of target audiences in person or virtually, based on their schedules; rational vs irrational thinking, assertiveness, decision making/problem solving, managing emotions, stress management, and goal setting. Our success in helping others to understand themselves and others has proven that we need to continue our efforts in reaching community members and provide skill-building and support so that our community can be safer and healthier.
